She Believed She Could,
So She Fucking Did.
In the past several years I've learned different tools to connect with myself on a deeper level. This has allowed me to slow down in life and focus on the thing that matters most- my own well being.
The HER Collective is my way of being able to share these things with other women who want the same. This container is for women who are curious and want to explore themselves on a deeper level. For those ready to make changes in life that you know will benefit her and those around her.
It's for the woman who is ready to let go of old behaviors and things that are no longer serving her.
It's for the woman who is ready to honor her needs, embrace her desires, and reclaim who she is.
It's for the woman who's seeking community and support because no one should have to grow alone.
There are a million things you can try- the HER collective is your place to get a little piece of them all.
You see the value in coaching but aren't yet ready to invest the money or time it costs.
You're intrigued by things like breathwork, embodiment, meditation, community, exploring sexuality- but don't even know where to begin.
You want to strengthen the relationship you have with yourself and increase the pleasure that occurs for you- inside and outside the bedroom.
You desire to have a strong network of women who you can be vulnerable in front of.
You want to have more tools, skills and knowledge when it comes to supporting yourself and your relationships.
Can you relate?
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Once you join, you'll be emailed links to our private Telegram community and Zoom calls.
Calls will take place twice a month and each time the topic will vary. These will also be recorded and available for replay.
The private Telegram community is where you get to ask questions and be celebrated! It's where the relationships get to grow beyond the calls.
What Women Are Saying
Rachel helped me become much more comfortable talking about sex, intimacy and my desires with my partner. I wanted to start having even more fun and being adventurous together and we did. We also talked through a lot of difficult decisions together which brought us even closer. I learned the most from Rachel through the specific assignments she gave.
Rachel's women's circles are lovely.
Very nice to get together with women to share space and provide feedback if requested. I loved Sound meditation, and drawing oracle cards.
It’s a nice sense of community.
I liked how we were able to recognize each other, remember that we are not alone in our struggles
and provide support.
I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect
but I had a great experience and would go again. Everyone there is so open and judgement free. I feel it’s something everyone should try and see if they like, it fits any type of lifestyle.
Rachel is awesome!
I’m very glad to know her and be able to experience what she is willing to
share and teach.
